This poster series explores the modern struggle with digital overstimulation and aimless consumption of online content. Each panel stands as an individual reflection on how screens shape our attention, relationships, and sense of self, yet together they form a unified narrative about awareness and balance. Through contrasting imagery, layered typography, and intentional use of color, the triptych invites viewers to pause and reflect on their own digital habits. The goal was to design a visual experience that captures both the beauty and the tension of living in a constantly connected world.
